membership in the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility to waive into
the Pennsylvania Bar). At least 3-5 years of relevant legal
experience in commercial litigation, real estate law, corporate
law, or employment law. Strong communication, negotiation, and
analytical skills. Proven ability to handle high-pressure
