Job Description:

Connell Foley LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join its Newark office. Candidates must be admitted in New Jersey and New York; Pennsylvania admission is a plus. Work experience and references are required. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, research capabilities as well as writing and deposition skills.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

• Product Liability and Tort Law
• Complex Casualty Litigation
• Commercial Litigation
  The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials;
  • Ability and desire to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position and substantive area evolves;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team;
  • Ability to develop new relationships and foster teamwork at all levels;
  • Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and oral and written communication skills.
