Responsibilities:
--- Provide legal representation to individuals on immigration matters including representation in court appearances
--- Conduct thorough consultations with clients and make appropriate referrals to outside agencies and prepping sessions with clients for interviews with immigration judges
--- Supervise the work of paralegals in recordkeeping and document preparation
--- Preparing documents in the client's file
--- Managing legal documentation and correspondence confidentiality
--- Drafting motions, orders, judgments and status updates

Qualifications:
--- Experience with a high-volume practice
--- Must have a Juris Doctor degree and admitted to practice law in the United States
--- Must possess 3+ years of Immigration law experience handling all types of family-based immigration cases
--- Experience with removal defense and litigation cases in Immigration court is required
--- Excellent writing and communication skills are required
--- Must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment
--- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
--- Prior law firm experience is required
