Senior Financial Analyst ( Legal Industry ) ( Hybrid in Morristown, NJ )
Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Salary: $90K - $110K Base Salary

Must Haves:
Must be able to work a Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite) - in Morristown, NJ
Must have experience working for a Law Firm -

Help CFO to put together the annual budget. Perform actual versus budget analysis to monitor the firm expenses.

Responsibilities
--- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
--- Review departmental budget proposals
--- Provide quarterly budget versus actual analysis for department managers
--- Analyzing monthly spending patterns
--- Report monthly variance to the CFO
--- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
--- Help CFO with pension contribution-related tasks
--- Payroll backup
--- Ad hoc projects

Requirements and skills
--- Accounting Background
--- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
--- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
--- Excellent mathematical ability and an analytical mind
--- Proficient in MS Office
--- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
--- 3-5 years of similar experience
--- Law firm experience is preferred
--- Attention to detail
--- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
