In addition, Vendelux Meetings helps customers turn event insights into action — using AI to identify high-value attendees and automatically book 1:1 meetings with the right prospects at conferences. This allows teams to maximize pipeline generation and make every event materially more impactful. Founded in 2021, Vendelux is a Series A SaaS company backed by leading investors including FirstMark, with a recent $14M round. Our team brings experience from companies like Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, Forter, Airbnb, and more. Data-driven marketers have plenty of tools to optimize their digital ad spend and verify that their ads showed where they were supposed to. We build the same kinds of tools, but for data-driven event marketers, who’ve previously been limited to scanning conference badges at their booth. We're growing, and looking for Senior Software Engineers to ship critical features and make key drive key infrastructure changes. This is a full-time position based out of NYC. We have a NYC HQ, and our preference is to have engineers come in a hybrid set up with an expectation of 4 days in office. It reports directly to our Head of Engineering. Responsibilities Own substantial user-impacting projects from design to build to roll out Participate in code and system design reviews Contribute improvements to our internal processes and dev tools Understand our users and their needs, and contribute to product discovery and prioritization with our leadership, product management, and design teams Help grow the team via hiring and mentoring activities Tech Stack Frontend: Typescript, React, MUI/Shadcn, Node.js Backend: Python, Django, Typescript, Node.js, MySQL, Postgres, AWS, GCP Data: Python, Dagster, Snowflake Other tools: Linear, GitHub, Datadog, Cursor / Claude Code Qualifications 5 years of experience building complex applications using a modern language, like Python and/or Typescript Track record of shaping and shipping valuable features Track record of driving high-leverage improvements to infrastructure and process Judgment to take on technical debt and risk where appropriate Comfort with modern AI tools to accelerate development Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Nice to Have Previous startup experience DevOps or platform/infrastructure experience (or deep interest) Experience with AI prototyping tools like v0, Lovable, Replit, etc. Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok!
