Summary The VIPER TPM Team: We’re a high impact team of experienced
Technical Program Managers driving the future of Comcast’s video
products. We lead complex, cross functional programs that push the
boundaries of video technology—working hand in hand with VIPER
engineering as well as product, architecture, and platform teams

mark. Overview: Technical Program Manager, Video Products Mid-level
TPM managing multi-disciplinary projects of moderate complexity
with minimal guidance. Plans, develops, and delivers new technical
programs; maintains program plans/records; applies sound judgment
and disciplined execution practices. Job Description This position

Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery Execution
Create/maintain program plans and records; identify/manage critical
path tasks and dependencies to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
Confirm cross-functional participation and clarify
roles/responsibilities; oversee planning, tracking, execution
end-to-end. Assist in defining goals/success criteria; ensure clear
alignment; provide clear milestone updates Support budget/resource
forecasting; document major changes; track actions to completion.
Identify/analyze risks/issues; develop resolutions for diverse
problems and improve approaches. Collaborate with field resources
on trials/deployments; monitor deliverable quality. Strategic
Portfolio Management Support tradeoffs (scope/time/cost) and
recommend process improvements to reduce duplication. Contribute to
resource alignment via forecasting inputs and transparent
documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage core teams and
matrixed PMs; facilitate focused meetings to meet intended
outcomes. Maintain transparent communications to inform
stakeholders of progress, risks, and decisions. Growth Mindset Seek
feedback and mentorship; proactively build skills in advanced
planning, risk management, and stakeholder influence. Expand
technical breadth—establish SME status for platform and begin
learning adjacent platforms. Continuously improve delivery

target dates; adjust timelines/deployment plans as needed in
response to changes. Proactively manage dependencies. Provide

authority. Technical Awareness ? Plan technical aspects (impact
identification/scheduling); support teams through complex

expectations/relationships; address issues at the appropriate
level. Articulate technical issues to technical and non-technical
audiences. Develop strategic communication plans. Engineering

Adapt proactively to changes; manage/resolve conflicts to maintain

be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $108,325.87 -
$162,488.80 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base
pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory
factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from

to close sooner or later. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards
that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for
their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission
under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales
