Officer Role Overview The Analytics & Reporting Manager leads a
globally distributed analytics and reporting organization
supporting U.S. credit card operations. The role blends people
leadership, advanced analytics, and technology delivery with
accountability for executive reporting, self-service analytics, and
scalable data solutions. Qualifications Key Responsibilities People
& Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop an international
analytics and reporting team of 17. - Establish delivery standards,
role ownership, and performance expectations. - Build succession
plans and continuously upskill the team. - Partner with
stakeholders to prioritize work aligned to enterprise strategy.
Analytics & Reporting Delivery - Own executive, operational, and
regulatory reporting. - Translate business requirements into
scalable analytics solutions. - Ensure KPI consistency, accuracy,
and governance. - Support portfolio performance, risk, customer,
and revenue analytics. Technology & Data Enablement - Lead
development and modernization of analytics platforms. - Enforce SQL
and SAS best practices. - Partner with engineering and BI teams for
scalable solutions. - Enable self-service analytics without
compromising data integrity. Project & Program Leadership - Deliver
analytics technology initiatives end-to-end. - Manage timelines,
scope, and outcomes across multiple projects. - Communicate risks
and progress to leadership. Governance & Quality - Enforce data
quality, reconciliation, and validation. - Support audits,
compliance, and regulatory reviews. Required Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5 years experience in U.S. credit card markets. - 3 years
managing analytics teams. - Advanced SQL and SAS coding expertise.
- Proven delivery of analytics technology projects. Preferred
Qualifications - Python experience. - Executive reporting
experience. - BI tools such as Tableau. - Financial services
regulatory exposure. What Success Looks Like - High-performing
