Studio is an AI-assisted unified development environment, designed
to provide an integrated experience for customers using AWS
Analytics and ML services without regard for service boundaries. It
targets Data Engineers, Data Scientists, SQL Analysts and IT
Administrators with persona driven experiences Key job
responsibilities - Lead and grow a software development team
responsible for rethinking traditional data warehousing, analytics,
and database architectures - Manage the design, implementation,
test, and deployment of software - Conceive innovative new
solutions for our customers, at the intersection of multiple
fields: Big Data, analytics, warehousing, and machine learning. -
Mentor senior engineers and managers, provide leadership on complex
technical issues, design tradeoffs, and feature and schedule
prioritization - Work with senior executives to develop business
targets and resource requirements, and influence our technical and
business strategy - Help hire talented engineers and managers About

team management experience - 7 years of engineering experience - 8
years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web
services experience - Knowledge of engineering practices and
patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life
cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control
management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite
operations - Experience partnering with product or program
management teams - Experience in communicating with users, other
technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements,
describe software product features, technical designs, and product
strategy - Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and
managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
