Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology services
worldwide, is seeking a Director, Class Creator to lead the
development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions.
This role requires a visionary leader to oversee the
conceptualization and creation of new classes, ensuring they align
with industry demands and exceed customer expectations. The
successful candidate will harness a blend of management prowess and
technical expertise to strategize new class features that address
emerging market trends and maintain our competitive edge. Design
and lead the strategic plan for class creation aligned with
technological advancements and market demands. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business
goals and customer requirements. Manage timelines, budgets, and
resource allocation effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on
time and within cost constraints. Champion the integration of new
technologies and methodologies into class creation processes.
Liaise with the marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market
strategies, ensuring a streamlined launch of new classes. Conduct
ongoing market research and adapt strategies to meet the evolving
needs of the industry and customers. Proven leadership in software
development or IT project management. Strong understanding of
modern technology and software development practices. Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to
detail. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and
communication skills. Visionary thinking with a proactive approach
to strategy and planning. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification preferred. ScrumMaster or equivalent agile
development certifications are desirable.
