Job Description:
The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for providing
technical leadership across the platform, assessing the impact of
new requirements, working with the Enterprise Architecture team,
managing all technical aspects of the Platform Support Team, and
ensuring that the platform aligns with business strategy and
governance decisions. Key Responsibilities • Provides technical
leadership by documenting the platform and analyzing the impact of
new requirements. • Ensures that the platform aligns with business
strategy and governance decisions. • Offers consultative technical
guidance to the Platform Support Team. • Develops and maintains a
comprehensive view of the existing architecture. • Oversees all
technical aspects of the Platform Support Team. • Applies
architectural controls effectively. • Demonstrates advanced
developer expertise and addresses complex technical issues. •
Collaborates closely with the Enterprise Architecture team.
Competencies • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to
navigate complex organizational structures. • Strong multitasking
ability. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. •
Effective interpersonal skills with a proven commitment to teamwork
and collaboration. • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects while
managing time constraints. Required Qualifications • 7-8 years of
data related experience. • 3-4 years of experience leading and
managing teams of 5 or more. • 3-4 year of experience working with
data in ServiceNow. • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical
field or equivalent work experience. • Proficiency in MS Office
tools such as Project, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. •
Proven track record of managing customer expectations, delivering
projects within scope and budget, and addressing issues affecting
project success. • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain
focus on the bigger picture. For Princeton, NJ Only the salary
range for this position is USD$148,000.00 - USD$200,000.00 .
Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary
bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and
