Job Description:

Resource needs experience supporting Trizetto Facets and/or ancillary products (Elements, Network Modeler, EDM, HIPPA Gateway, Batch subsystem) from the perspective of system administration.
Strong Windows and administration experience with the ability to manage operational and project related work. Will participate in on-call support after hours and weekend support.

Maintains overall system environment including monitoring and tuning of performance and capacity.
Creates and maintains documents and diagrams depicting system architecture, processes, and related IT functions.
Provides general support and troubleshooting on assigned software systems and their integration into the infrastructure environments.
Provides support for any software utilities as needed within assigned system environments.
Establishes migration/upgrade procedures and implements migration and upgrades at the system and application level.
