You will develop software and automated solutions to manage the lifecycle of infrastructure services. You will accelerate our application development to solve business problems, deploy innovative products, services, and experiences to delight our customers. In addition to your applied technical experience, you will bring problem solving, communication and collaboration skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business acumen, an inclusive leadership mindset and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.Here is What You Can Expect in A Typical Day - Management of multiple MDM solutions - Especially through JAMF Cloud. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune is a plus. - MacOS device management (Primary function)Design, plan and strategize for the macOS Platform.Device management using our JAMF Cloud instance.Evaluate, test, define, and deploy our macOS Enterprise build.Management of OS and application Software and Patch distribution.Provide support to our application packaging team.Provide OS and app software and patch distribution support for Mac users.Management of compliance and conditional policies within JAMF. - Develop code that executes against the roadmap and supporting solutions to automate the creation, management, or destruction of infrastructure - Ability to work effectively with other IT teams and internal business partners to identify, troubleshoot and resolve critical enterprise issues. - Identify and remediate client and server-side security risks to the environment. - Create and maintain clear and crisp documents for support purposes and end-user communications. - Provide and review reports as needed for both end users and Management. - Window device management - any of the skills below are a plus.Windows device management using Intune Config Profiles, Endpoint Security Policies, Intune applications and Intune compliance policies.Management of GPOs and OUs in Active Directory.Management of devices in AzureAD.Management of Bitlocker encryption, KMS, LAPs and other core applications deployed to all our Windows OS clients.To Succeed in this Role:A successful candidate will have the following qualifications. - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization - Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) and domain driven design - Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business - Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and taking on challenges - Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skillsApplied experience with the following:o At least five years of industry experience.o Proficiency in coding in one or more languages (Bash, Python, AppleScript, PowerShell).o Deep knowledge of client technologies. The salary range for this role is from $100,600.00 to $149,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
