As the Senior AEM Content Author for our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for owning the execution of digital content within Adobe Experience Manager. In this role, you will be directly responsible for bringing our brand to life on visible.com by creating clear, cohesive digital shopping and educational experiences. You will report into the Lead Experience Manager, and will partner with a cross-functional set of talented stakeholders.

• Creating and maintaining digital content including promotional banners, landing pages, experience fragments, and testing campaigns from high fidelity designs.
• Uploading and managing creative assets in the Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
• Leveraging your knowledge of responsive web design and content authoring best practices to develop digital experiences optimized for accessibility and readability.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop, test, and troubleshoot AEM digital experiences and the components powering them.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our authoring toolkit and content authoring/publication process.

  In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
  
  We are hiring in the following locations: Denver CO, Dallas TX, Alpharetta GA, Irvine CA, Basking Ridge NJ, and New York City.
  
  What we're looking for...
  
  This role requires a high level of ownership, flexibility, problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  
  You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience authoring ecommerce content in Adobe Experience Manager. Even better if you have one or more of the following:
    • AEM administration and ecommerce site management experience.
    • Knowledge of WCAG authoring requirements.
    • Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
    • Ability to be results-oriented with strong process and project management skills.
    • Ability to think innovatively and creatively and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results.
    • Ability to manage through ambiguity and balance multiple dynamic priorities.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to be resilient and resourceful.
    • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team.
    • Ability to be curious and open to continually learning and improving.
