Job Description:
- Group Insurance Objective identify, develop and deliver more
enhanced, automated Workday integrations and solutions to the
market, while providing best in class implementation guidance and
configuration consultation to our mutual clients. These enhanced
integrations and solutions will enable our customers to realize the
maximum value of their Workday investment and Prudential Benefit
Plans and drive significant growth for GI.
- The need: Best Practice Guidance and Functional Configuration
Support for Workday Benefits, Leave and Absence, Time Off and
Payroll
- Consultation to develop new capabilities to drive additional
value to the product in the Benefits and Leave experiences
- Consultation to ensure that designed integrations are
interoperable with Workday Functional Best Practices
- Benefits Configuration Consultation plans, rates, elig
groups
- Create and update client documentation detailing the
implementation of our solutions within Workday.
