What are you expected to do?
- Certified in at least one scalable agile framework (SAFe,
Scrum@Scale, etc) - SAFe-SPC, SAFe-RTE, Scrum@Scale practitioner,
or an equivalent
- Certified in Agile Coaching - ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, or an
equivalent
- Certified in Scrum and / or Kanban methodologies - CSM,
SAFe-SM, PSP, or an equivalent
- Experience in playing the Agile Coach role for at least 3-5
years and Scrum Master role for 3-5 years
- Experience in driving organization level Transformation &
Change, with with Senior Management, Leadership & C- suite
Executives; experience in Org Change Management frameworks will be
an added advantage - such as Prosci, ADKAR and Kotter's
- Extensive experience in Coaching leaders - seasoned Scrum
Masters POs, Program / Product managers, Portfolio managers on the
Agile ways-of-working, mindset and culture
- Experienced Agile practitioner who has gone through the process
of Agile adoption, enablement and transformation at scale
(Enterprise / Account / Program / Portfolio level; preferably large
size engagements of 200 / 300+)
- Demonstrable experience in conducting periodic readiness /
maturity assessments to measure agility, engineering and
architecture for product centricity, transformations
- Experience in leading or being part of Agile / Transformation
office
- Experience in Portfolio Management or driving agile
transformation at the Portfolio level, using agile frameworks for
Lean Portfolio Management (LPM); especially cross-BU or
cross-function will be an added advantage
- Experience in agile prioritization, sizing, scheduling and
planning techniques at the team, Program and Portfolio levels
- Experience in KPIs, metrics and insights dashboards usage at
the team, Program and Portfolio levels
- Extensive experience in software Development (SDLC) projects
and programs
- Experience in setting-up agile teams, agile release trains
(ARTs), Tribes, etc.
- Experience / working knowledge in conducting Value Stream
Mapping and IT Stream Mapping, Lean budgeting, and funding, and
Value Stream Funding
- Experience in Facilitating Agile ceremonies at Team, Program
and Portfolio levels - such as Scrum ceremonies, PI planning,
Program / Portfolio events, ART syncs, EMS / EAT syncs, etc.
- Has built high performing teams, and focuses on ever improving
team dynamics and performance; has helped teams manage
interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for
growth
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Agile frameworks /
models: SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Less, DAD, Nexus, Scrum, XP, Kanban,
Value Streaming, Lean etc.
- Has conducted Agile training / workshops / certification
sessions
- Has participated / led solutions for Agile RFPs and POVs
- Experience / working knowledge of Continuous Delivery, DevOps,
and XP such as SCM, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing,
Pairing, Automated Testing, etc.
- Hands-on ALM tools (JIRA, Rally, Version One, ServiceNow,
etc.), Realtime Dashboards (Miro, Mural, etc.), collaboration tools
(Slack, Teams, Flock, Jabber, etc.); PPM tools (Clarity, Planview,
Jira Align, etc.) will be added advantage
- Excellent communication, strong virtual collaboration,
mentoring skills, consulting, influential, collaborative, and
observantCore Responsibilities
- Engage with clients / senior leaders to define Agile / Org
Transformations for the account & agree on OKRs, roadmaps,
governance, and dashboards
- Lead / co-lead the agile transformation office (ATO) at the
Portfolio or large Program level
- Enable Agile transformation in Delivery Units / large accounts
/ Product delivery @scale / Programs / Portfolios, and facilitate
teams' progress toward team/organization/practice goals; create
transformation roadmap and implementation plans; govern, monitor
and control the transformation implementation
- Conduct periodic readiness / maturity assessments to measure
Agility, engineering and architecture for product centricity,
transformations; maintaining dashboards that leaders can understand
and act
- Establish cross-BU or cross-functional governance across the
Portfolio or large Program; design metrics and insights dashboards
for governance and reporting
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies @scale - Team, Program and
Portfolio levels
- Conduct training / certification workshops on Agile and related
roles to teams and other stakeholders
- Coach Scrum teams, Scrum Masters POs, PMs, and Delivery leaders
on the Agile Ways-of-Working
- Solution architect RFP responses and Pont-of-Views for agile
related initiatives
- Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and helps the team embrace
Agility Core Values, adopt and apply Agility Principles, and
implement Agility practices
- Promote Agility quality practices helps foster the culture of
technical discipline and craftsmanship
- Coach teams on successful Agile techniques and scalability
