Job Summary:We are currently seeking an Information Systems Intern to work in our Basking Ridge, New Jersey corporate location for a minimum of 20 hours per week. In this position, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of Information Systems including Web Platforms & Mobility teams. Responsibilities:

• Assist Web Platforms & Mobility team with the development and/or maintenance of various applications. You will also be an interface between various customers and development team to help them in understanding the applications and best practices to use them. You will mostly work with java/Microsoft/Google based application. Initially providing operational support for SharePoint, Veeva and other ad-hoc projects gaining hands-on experience while working with the other business units.
• Collaborated with vendors (Insight Rocket) and marketing agencies (PHM/Epsilon) to create interactive and automated web analytics reports to be used for monthly/quarterly reporting using Google Analytics and Google Data studio.
• Testing support & coordination and provide support to team members involved in business user training.
• Provide detailed documentation of existing and newly developed solutions and their associated specification by communicating meeting minutes, schedule meetings, etc. in addition to learning and practicing presentation skills.
