Corporate Technology is seeking a proven strong and strategic
leader to design and execute its comprehensive transformation
strategy specifically within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
This includes short- and long-term transformation encompassing
strategic alignment with the business units, operating
efficiency/effectiveness, and cost-saving initiatives.The primary
focus of the Technology Leader is to work in close partnership with
all GRC leaders globally, business unit, and functional leadership
and teams to shape the functional strategies through technology
leadership and deliver solutions to achieve the strategy. This
includes control function partners including Operational Risk,
Compliance, and Audit. This position plays a critical role in both
advising leadership as well as identifying, prioritizing and
delivering projects that support Prudential's long-term growth
opportunities through innovation.The GRC Technology Leader will
report to the Corporate Functions / GRC Transformational Technology
Leader.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and technology business
partner to GRC leadership. Delivering value by shaping and
informing the business strategy, defining capabilities required to
achieve the strategy and bringing forth recommended technology
solutions to enable these capabilities.
- Accountable for the Global GRC Technology integrated portfolio,
including integration across enterprise technology solutions and
technologies. This includes running regular portfolio planning and
progress updates with the program teams. Driving the development of
business cases and representing the function in IT Alignment
sessions. Ensuring all technology solutions are connected.
- Continue build out of project and support team, planning for
agile adoption and delivery by driving an Agile mindset and
delivery culture throughout the business function, advocating speed
and agility and act as a change agent within the function for Agile
adoption.
- Partner with global teams that is accountable for all
technology solutioning for GRC and is accountable for innovative,
strategic GRC solutions. These solutions are consistent with
corporate strategic objectives and ensure that the function can
support the needs of the growing and changing business.
- Work collaboratively across the IT organization to ensure all
technology services needs are identified in a timely way and
communicated, integrated, planned and budgeted effectively.
- Ensures the strategic agenda is serviced by strong data and
analytic services including data science, analytics and ongoing
support.
- Coordinate with technology providers to evaluate new and
innovative technologies and service offerings. Responsible to
coordinates with enterprise architects (enterprise, solution,
information---.) to ensure new services and solutions align with
roadmaps.
- Design, develop, evaluate, validate and deploy digital
technologies in partnership with the Global Technology team. (e.g.
AI/Machine learning, Intelligent Automation (robotics),
etc.)Capabilities:

- Bachelor's degree and a Minimum of 10 years of technology
leadership experience.
- 7-10 years in GRC including supporting operational risk,
compliance and/or audit functions.
- Experience With deploying GRC Platforms such as IBM's Open
Pages to provide an efficient, effective and integrated collection
of capabilities that enable an organization to have an aligned
assessment process.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills,
executive presence, and talent mindset.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to define and
communicate coherent vision and purpose.
- Strong management and communications skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize, make
trade-offs and make quick decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers, seniors and others who

- Strong process orientation; proven execution skills, preferably
leading complex integrations or change efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships, grow
