Job Description Thinkpath Engineering Services (TES) is recruiting for a Software Engineer to immediately fill a position with a leader in the design, manufacture and supply of specialty memory and storage solutions. This position is located in the Newark , CA area. This Software Engineer will be responsible for the architecture and development of innovative memory and storage products. Requirements

• -- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in EE or CS.
• -- 5 years' experience with Linux and Windows operating system driver development.
• -- Experience with memory controllers, NVM (non-volatile memory) programming model, and operating system drivers is required.
• -- Must be familiar with Intel MCU (memory control units) and MRC (memory controller reference code) and able to read and interpret hardware technical specifications.
• -- Programming experience in BASH, Python, and C/C++.
• -- Experience with system busses and connections such as DDR3, DDR4 and PCIe.
• -- Must have strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem solving ability.
• -- Knowledge of industry standards including from JEDEC and SNIA is required.
• -- Knowledge of FPGA, BMC, BIOS, device driver software is a plus.
• -- Working knowledge of source control systems including Subversion.
