Job Description:

Agile CoachLong term contractual assignment. The coaches must be experienced in implementing SAFe in complex enterprise environments and coaching teams from the emergent level of Agile awareness to a team that is able to follow the Agile principles consistently across initiatives. Coaches will work to consistently implement Lean Agile methods as being applied in the Corporate Systems IT organization, so that all teams are learning consistent methods, tools and terminology. Successful candidates will be able to provide disciplined coaching and to bring teams quickly through the maturity process. Required: SAFe Program Consultant (Implementing SAFe) SPC5 certified Core Competencies:

• Ability to guide the Value Stream Mapping process with an eye on identifying & forming cross-functional teams
• Ability to guide PM/POs through forming a well-groomed backlog
• Ability to apply Agile experience to complex programs, and train novice practitioners to achieve business value
