Are you energized by process design, strategy, operational initiatives and new technology implementations? Your team You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations team. You'll lead a team of recruiting coordinators and receive day-to-day leadership from the Manager, Strategy and Operations. You'll be a thought partner for Strategy and Operations leaders in building our on-site presence and a best in class candidate experience. We'll provide you with opportunities to develop your skill set, stretch into new areas and work on transformational initiatives. Your role You'll be a part of building, motivating and developing a team. You take action, deliver results and inspire your team to do the same. You are comfortable working in uncertainty, leading peers through agile initiatives and bringing stakeholders on the journey. You lead a team of full end-to-end recruiting life cycle experts at the center of creating a differentiated experience for our candidates throughout the recruiting process. Your team, in partnership with recruiters, will be the point of contact for candidates from initial outreach, through interview, to offer including: finalizing job requisitions, scheduling interviews, greeting candidates on-site, coordinating interview feedback, tracking employee referrals and managing candidate communications. You use data to drive performance including bringing forward data insights to shape our strategy, developing success metrics that measure our progress and creating actionable quality metrics that help us shape our candidate and hiring manager experience. You're passionate about execution and process design, with a focus on an engaging, simple and fully-inclusive process. You develop and implement new and innovative solutions. You have a pulse on Talent Acquisition trends and technology platforms. You think outside the box and bring forward creative solutions to challenges. You're a natural relationship builder. You build exceptional relationships with Talent Acquisition leadership and stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of their needs and how Talent Acquisition can meet them. Qualifications Your Expertise What we are looking for in your background What you'll need to succeed: - Bachelor's degree - Proven experience leading a team of 5+ employees - Strong data and analysis skills. Advanced excel skills - Proven experience driving change, leading cross-functional initiatives and technology implementations - Continuous improvement mindset coupled with a knack for managing initiatives simultaneously - Attention to detail, hyper focus on quality of team deliverables - Ability to adapt, problem solve quickly and communicate effective solutions It'd be a plus if you have: - A background in recruiting, campus recruiting or designing quality metrics - Experience with Workday Prudential is a multinational financial services leader with operations in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
