Job Description:

A services company in New Jersey is actively seeking an organized and driven professional to join their staff as their new Strategic Human Resources Projects Manager. In this role, the Strategic Human Resources Projects Manager leads project management for major departmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Human Resources Projects Manager will be responsible for:

Development and maintenance of ongoing project plans
Drafting agendas and tracking items for follow-up
Driving progress toward goals
Ensuring on-time project delivery
Leading interdisciplinary working groups and communicating with HR leadership to remove any roadblocks

Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- PMP certification
- Demonstrates initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
  
  Desired skills
  - HR Project management experience
