What to expect As an HR Administrator you will be working with
different teams in the HR department, getting the opportunity to
learn outside of your position! This also allows you to work your
way up from an entry level to a high-level management role! You
will be working on many different projects like operational
processes and policies - and more.
Responsibilities - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new
hires in a timely/efficient manner. - Assist HR manager with
research and problem solving. - Develop employee status revisions
including salary changes, promotions, title changes,
manager/department changes, etc. - HRIS & Oracle maintenance.
Electronic personnel file maintenance. - Coordinate with learning
and development to ensure employees are assigned and complete
training, and run a weekly report - Report/track and manage workers
compensation cases from point-of-incident through case closure by
workers compensation carrier. - Work with corporate office on Cobra
Administration - Process offboarding of staff per term tracker,
include release agreements, sending exit surveys and sending
departing staff exit interview survey.
Role Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts
(psychology, sociology, etc.), industrial relations or
organizational development; may have some post-graduate education
or training. - 1+ years of experience as an HR coordinator;
Experience with benefits, PTO and other HR functions - 1+ years of
experience onboarding employees & employee relations - Highly
organized, able to effectively manage competing priorities under
pressure - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and
ability to express empathy and patience - Strong communication
skills both oral and written
