Don's Prepared Foods is the leading manufacturer on the East Coast of prepared gourmet deli salads, gourmet cream cheese spreads, dips, entr--e's and more.Don's is a family-owned business and manufactures over 130 products spanning across its three brands Don's Salads, Melanie's Medleys and Artisan Deli.--We are currently hiring a Customer Service Supervisor at our Schwenksville, PA food manufacturing plant.--Job responsibility:To oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring high-quality customer support and satisfaction. This role involves managing daily operations, training, and development of the team, while also directly addressing customer and sales team members inquiries and needs.--Job Duties:Lead and supervise the orders team members & receptionist providing direction, guidance, and support.--Manage customer information in the company ERP software including; customer catalogs, prices and price adjustments .Directly responsible for customer promotion tracking and maintenance.Directly responsible for EDI orders processing.Guide the scheduling of customer delivery appointments to assure accuracy & fulfillment.Ensure team members receive adequate training on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.--Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback, and assisting with conducting performance reviews.--Set customer service goals and objectives for the team and hold them accountable for achieving them.--Address customer and sales team members inquiries and concerns directly, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.--Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.--Prepare reports on customer service performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.--Working with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to improve the overall customer experience.--Manage the budget for the customer service department.--Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.--Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.----Competencies:Must be self-motivated and have an outgoing personality with excellent people skills. --Provides exceptional customer service and uses prompt and responsive follow-through.--Excellent phone skills and taking phone etiquette very seriously. -- Ability to manage more than one call at a time. ----Knowledge of and the ability to follow all established emergency procedures, especially the responsibility to call 911 in the event of an emergency.--Able to be an active listener and relay information accurately to others. --Strong interpersonal skills being courteous and helpful.Prioritizes, plans, and uses time efficiently. --Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance. --Meet deadlines. --Adapts to changes, manages demand and can deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.A well organized, dependable, detail-orientated, self-directed individual with time management skills. -- Ability to multi-task.Remains open to other's ideas and exhibits a willingness to try new things.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. --Able to be an active listener and can relay information accurately to others. --Must be able to follow instructions and solicit feedback to improve performance.Maintains strict confidentiality.Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information competently. --Uses good judgement and exercises sound decision making skills.Strong interpersonal skills and employee / customer skills, being courteous, professional, and helpful, while showing courtesy, friendliness and respect.Strive to improve knowledge of new best practices or new innovations in the field.Must have exceptional computer skills.--Must have excellent attendance / tardiness record.----We offer an excellent benefit package:Competitive starting payBenefits package available after 60 days of employment--Medical option of POS or PPO HealthcareDental InsuranceCompany paid Group Life, AD&D and Short Term Disability (after 90 days of employment)401K with company match (after 90 days of employment)Colonial Life Supplemental InsurancePaid holidays and birthday.SQF - Safe Quality Food CulturePaid orientationAlchemy Education Training401K with company matchSafety Culture, including a Certified Safety CommitteeEmployee referral bonusEmployee recognition, gifts, and awards$250 sign on bonus after 6 months of continuous employment----Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.--Aldon Food Corporation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. -- Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran.PI1d8cdb5e35b4-25660-37681461
