A GI Group practice based in the Mid-Atlantic area is launching its first site in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Gastroenterologist that would like to be the cornerstone member of this practice and help build our group in Pennsylvania. - No Risk Opportunity - Employed as a member of the Maryland-based Partnership with a two-year minimum compensation commitment of $600k/year while the Philadelphia practice grows. Ability to be a clinical as well as business leader. - RVU compensation model. Senior members of the group make $750k - $1mm - Equity opportunity - No Call - Free health, dental, vision, & disability benefits for physician and their family - 25 days PTO/5 days CME per year - Practice out of a beautiful ASC in the Main Line The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of post-Fellowship experience and is interested in clinical and business operations.
