AtlantiCare is seeking a mission-driven Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join the core faculty of our community-based residency program in partnership with AtlantiCare’s Federally Qualified Health Center, a trusted provider of care for under-resourced populations for decades. About Us AtlantiCare’s Family Medicine Residency Program is an ACGME-accredited 4-4-4 program rooted in a community-based, patient-centered approach. Residents and faculty treat patients at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC) and the FQHC continuity clinic across the street. ARMC is home to three physician residency programs and one fellowship program. Your Role As a core faculty member, you will help train the next generation of family physicians. You will have a hand in every aspect of medical education—from the clinic to the classroom to curriculum design. Key responsibilities include: Teaching & Mentorship : Educate and guide residents in outpatient and inpatient settings. Clinical Practice : Provide high-quality, full-spectrum family medicine care at our FQHC-affiliated clinic. Curriculum & Program Development : Help shape our residency curriculum with an emphasis on community health, health disparities, and evidence-based practice. Scholarly & Quality Improvement : Lead or support initiatives in QI, community research, or population health. Community Engagement : Partner with local organizations to extend health education and services beyond clinic walls.
