seeking a motivated Hospitalist PA to join a collaborative
inpatient care team in Rochester, New York . This is a great

alongside an experienced hospitalist team in a supportive clinical
environment ? Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to
hospitalized patients ? Gain valuable experience in hospital
medicine and acute care management ? Utilize Epic EMR , one of the
leading electronic health record systems ? Opportunity to work in a
dynamic and patient-focused healthcare setting ? Schedule Start
Date: May 1, 2026 Shift: Night Coverage Hours: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Coverage: 24-hour on-call coverage as required Schedule Type:
Standard schedule (no block scheduling) Key Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
Manage inpatient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising
physicians Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
accordingly Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and specialty teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic EMR Clinical
Environment ??? Team-based hospitalist model Average inpatient
census with varied patient cases Epic charting system Collaborative
multidisciplinary care approach Orientation ? 16 hours of
onboarding orientation to help you get comfortable with the
workflow and systems. Holiday Coverage Coverage may include major
holidays such as: Independence Day Christmas Thanksgiving New
Year’s Day Memorial Day Labor Day (Holiday window applies from 7:00
