Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Living Center, a leader in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services and personalized long-term care, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care focused on rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and wellness. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our nursing team, working closely with registered nurses and medical staff to execute treatment plans, administer medications, and contribute to the patient rehabilitation process. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the registered nurse or doctor. Assist with the execution of patient care plans. Record patient's medical information and vital signs. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. Educate patients and their families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Strong practical nursing skills. Excellent patient care and communication. Ability to work effectively in a team. Detail-oriented and capable of managing time effectively. Proficient in maintaining accurate health care records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
