Job Description:

pediatric therapy, is seeking compassionate Direct Support
Professionals to join our dedicated team. Our professionals play a
crucial role in the lives of patients, helping them to achieve
their greatest potential within their homes. This position focuses
on providing daily living and therapeutic support to patients with
disabilities and special needs, offering a rewarding opportunity to
make a significant impact in your community. Provide direct care
and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or
special needs in their homes or community settings. Assist clients
with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal
preparation. Implement and monitor individual patient care plans,
promoting patient’s independence and health. Document and report
any changes in patient’s condition. Maintain a safe and clean
environment for all clients. Act as a liaison between patients,
families, and healthcare professionals. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail Ability to manage stress and make decisions under pressure
Compassion and patience for the needs of individuals with
disabilities Medical Insurance First Aid and CPR certification
required (or must be obtained within 60 days of employment). Valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation.
