Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Pay Rate: $65/hour (flexible and negotiable based on experience) Assignment Dates: May 18, 2026 – November 25, 2026 (27-week assignment) Schedule: Monday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM Tuesday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM No weekends Position Overview An outpatient facility in Cortlandt Manor, NY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 27-week full-time contract assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer therapeutic treatments designed to restore function and prevent disability following injury or illness. This role offers a structured outpatient environment with established clinical workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments Implement and modify therapeutic interventions as appropriate Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in Epic Educate patients on rehabilitation plans and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility policies Qualifications Active New York State Physical Therapist license (required) Outpatient experience required 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required Epic EMR experience highly preferred CPR certification preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
