Job Description Job Description In this role, the DA will be
under the supervision of the Food Server Supervisor and responsible
for handling food in accordance with sanitary regulations, serving
only food specified by diet lists, meeting meal schedules, and
cleaning schedules, serving food at proper temperature and
following direction carefully. IDEAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with residents, families, personnel, and vendors.
Ability to demonstrate patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive
attitude toward the elderly. Ability to read and write; follow oral
and written directions Perform other job related duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent One (1) year prior experience in
a health care related facility. ServeSafe Certificate required
