are some features of your dental practice? Our client is a
well-established, family-run general practice located in the scenic
Warwick Valley region of New York—just 90 minutes from New York
City. Our modern, fully digital office features intraoral scanners,
same-day crown technology, and a KaVo implant system. We maintain a
high-quality patient base that is 50% fee-for- service and 50% PPO,
with no Medicaid or HMO, and some of the strongest reimbursement
rates in the region. Due to strong patient demand and practice
growth, we’re looking to bring on an additional associate to
support our team and continue delivering top-tier care. We’re
located in one of the most charming and vibrant areas of the Hudson
Valley. Warwick is known for its wineries and vineyards, scenic
hiking and biking trails, local ski resorts, and a rich calendar of
cultural events including the Warwick Summer Arts Festival,
Applefest, and Beltanica Festival. With excellent restaurants, golf
courses, and family-friendly farm experiences, it’s an ideal place
for professionals seeking work-life balance in a supportive,
community-focused environment. What We Offer ? Annual earning
potential of $175,000–$350,000, commensurate with clinical skill
and procedure mix ? Compensation based on 33% of adjusted
production minus lab fees (open to discussion) ? Daily minimum of
$700 guaranteed during the first 3 months for onboarding support ?
Full clinical autonomy in treatment planning and execution ? 4-day
workweek (Monday–Thursday) with three-day weekends every week ?

from an accredited dental school ? Active New York dental license ?
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred ? Proficient in
general procedures and committed to high-quality, patient-centered
care ? Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated to grow clinically
and financially Schedule ? Full-Time: Monday–Thursday, 8:00am to
6:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch break) o Part-Time: Open to 2 or 3 days
per week, with flexible scheduling options o Ideal for: Those

CEREC same-day crown technology ? Intraoral scanners for efficient
and accurate diagnostics ? KaVo implant system for advanced
surgical and restorative procedures ? Laser dentistry for soft
tissue procedures and improved patient comfort We continually

the associate be doing? ? Preventive and comprehensive care in all
aspects of general dentistry ? Bread-and-butter procedures
including: o Crown and bridge (including implant restorations) o
Composite restorations o Surgical extractions and bone grafting o
Dentures and removable prosthodontics o Endodontics for anterior
and premolars ? Optional procedures such as molar endo, implant
placement, clear aligners, and cosmetic cases (not required but
strongly supported and highly compensated)
