Job Description:
Join Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in personalized
rehabilitation therapy services, as a Physical Therapist Assistant
(PTA). In this role, you will work closely with Physical Therapists
to implement specialized therapy plans that help patients restore
function, improve mobility, and decrease pain with the goal of
reacquiring or maintaining an optimum quality of life. This
position requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a
supportive and dynamic environment and is passionate about making a
difference in patients' lives through direct care and compassionate
interaction. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of
treatment plans. Perform specific therapy interventions under the
supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Document patient
responses and progress in patient records. Educate patients and
their families on treatments and home exercises. Maintain equipment
and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Participate in
patient assessments and contribute to team meetings to discuss
patient progress. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions effectively.
Proficient in using therapy equipment and implementing treatment
plans. Capable of physical stamina required to assist patients with
exercises and movements. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license.
CPR certification preferred.
