Opportunity Highlights · Collaborate across 340 practice locations with 40 Endocrinologists, 150 Internal Medicine providers, and 45 Pediatricians · Enjoy work-life balance with outpatient hours, no inpatient rounding, and limited phone-based call · Practice with on-site laboratory, radiology, infusion centers, and often in-office ultrasound, plus 1:1 MA, nursing, and dietitian support · Receive $275K–$340K adult or $240K–$275K pediatric base plus signing and relocation bonuses · Choose adult or pediatric Endocrinology roles across multiple New Jersey and New York sites · Join well-rounded and growing outpatient practices with pediatric locations dedicated exclusively to pediatric patients · Follow a 5-day workweek with 35 patient-facing hours and 5 administrative hours · See approximately 24 patients daily, including about 8 new patients with defined visit lengths · Benefit from malpractice coverage, health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, CME time, CME reimbursement, and a retirement plan · Join an employed model with production and quality incentives available in addition to a base salary Community Information New Providence, NJ, is situated between the ridges of the Watchung Mountains in Union County, offering a unique blend of charm and convenience, with tree-lined suburban streets and easy access to metropolitan amenities.
