Registered Nurse (RN) | Nurse Manager Location: Bronx, NY Agency: Job.com Pay: $3,400 to $3,500 per week Shift Information: Nights - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Nurse Manager – Operating Room (OR) Location: Bronx, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager (OR Nurse Manager) to oversee daily operations within the surgical services department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to coordinate high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and supervision for the OR nursing team Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices Collaborate with physicians, surgical techs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Oversee quality improvement initiatives and staff development Requirements Requirements: Current RN license in the state of New York BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – AHA or ARC accepted Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) credential via CCI required Minimum of 3–5 years of perioperative nursing experience Leadership or management experience in an OR setting strongly preferred
