Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at our facility

Candidates must possess a valid RN license, relevant certifications
such as BLS and ACLS, and the capability to thrive in a

Employ the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care
while maintaining professional accountability for the assigned
patients. Assess the effectiveness of care provided by other
caregivers and coordinate patient care in collaboration with

supportive learning environment for new nurses. The TCU focuses on
patients transitioning from the ICU or those requiring close
monitoring, making it an ideal setting for enhancing critical
thinking skills . Qualifications: ? Graduate of an accredited RN
program ? Current RN license (or compact license) ? Physical
capability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs and endure prolonged
standing/walking ? Ability to adapt to high-stress situations and
communicate effectively Certifications: ?? BLS (to be obtained
within 30 days of hire) ? ACLS ? Other unit-specific certifications
