ARMStaffing is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Newark, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel CVOR Surgical Technologist Location New Jersey Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) with varying shifts, including on-call requirements. Job Description The CVOR Surgical Technologist will provide surgical support in the CVOR while floating to the Main OR as needed. The position requires expertise in heart and lung transplant procedures, with kidney experience preferred. Responsibilities Assist in surgical procedures including valve replacement, coronary artery bypass (CABG), TAVR, and dissection. Demonstrate proficiency in hybrid room and endovascular procedures such as endovascular AAA and carotid endarterectomy. Participate in general surgery and other specialties as needed in the Main OR. Handle on-call shifts for weekdays and weekends, adhering to patient care protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1.5 years of surgical technologist experience in a CVOR setting. Active NJ or Compact license is required at the time of submission. Current BLS certification is required. Demonstrated experience in a variety of surgical cases, including vascular and pediatric procedures. Why ARMStaffing?
