Job Description Equiliem is seeking a local contract nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a local contract nursing job in Newark, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/17/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) - Every other weekend (Sat/Sun) Primary Unit: PICU Will float to Pediatrics, and NICU if needed for an appropriate assignment There may be additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs 2 years of PICU critical care experience required, with 1 year of cardiac experience strongly preferred. Both must be documented on skills checklist Healthcare pacemakers, Tele monitoring REQ Experience in BIPAP/CPAP, vents, high flow nasal cannula, trachs REQ Patient Ratio: 1:2 19 beds on the unit BLS & PALS required; NRP preferred Charting System: EPIC Scrub color Navy Blue
