Job Description Perm Family or Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Levittown, PA Practice Type: Established Outpatient
Primary Care | NO hospital rounding | NO nursing home A highly
respected, physician-led medical group in the Philadelphia metro
area is actively seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or
Internal Medicine Physician to join a thriving outpatient primary
care practice serving patients of all ages. Position Highlights -
Traditional outpatient-only setting (no inpatient work) - See
adults and pediatrics – all ages required - Average 18 patients per
day - Shared call rotation: 1:4 (equitable weekday/weekend) -
Dedicated support team: 2 full-time physicians, 1 part-time
physician, 3 NPs, and assigned MAs - 15 exam rooms - EPIC EMR -
On-site point-of-care lab - ACO-aligned practice with clinical
wraparound services and in-network referral partners Candidate
Requirements - Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal
Medicine – REQUIRED - Must have experience seeing pediatrics
through geriatrics – REQUIRED - Active PA medical license or
eligibility – REQUIRED - DEA and clean malpractice/license history
– REQUIRED - Not accepting: Locum Tenens, visa candidates (J1/H1B),
new graduates, or providers commuting long distances Compensation &
Benefits - Base Salary: $265,000–$280,000 (based on experience) -
Student Loan Forgiveness Program - 403(b) retirement with up to 10%
match - 27 PTO days/year 5 CME days - $3,000 annual CME allowance -
Reimbursement for professional dues/licenses up to $1,500 - Day 1
