Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in New York, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/28/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Location: 1468 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10029 Schedule: - Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM - Days: 3x12s/week (Every other weekend one 4th shift/month) Job Responsibilities Include: - Deliver relationship-centered, evidence-based care using the nursing process. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans. - Educate patients and families on care plans, transitions, and health promotion. - Participate in bedside shift reports, hourly rounding, medication reviews, and discharge planning. - Escalate safety or care concerns per hospital protocol. - Accurately document in EPIC (preferred). - Assist with charge nurse duties and throughput when needed. ?
