Equiliem is seeking a local contract nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Newark, New Jersey.Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, days, nights
• Employment Type: Local ContractDay shift or Night shift available - Every other weekend
  
  Experience Required:
  2 Years acute care
  PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required..
  Must be proficient in SWAN & LVAD
  
  Ratios:
  Stepdown patient is 4:1
  Telemetry patient are 5:1 (ratio depending on patient acuity and staffing)
  
  Patient Diagnosis/Population:
  Adult patients from 18 years
  Heart failure patients, hypertension, Cardiac Rhythm issue
  Trach/Vented patient with multi-organ issues
  LVAD Patients
  Patients with pulmonary HTN...etc.
  
  Management of:
  Heart Transplant Patient
  Lung Transplant Patient
  Kidney Transplant Patient
  Pulmonary Hypertension Patient
  Ostomy Care
  Pain Management
  
  Certificates Required:
  NIHSS, ACLS, & BLS
  
  Charting: EPICRequired
  Preferred
