Manager will take either 7a-5:30p x 3 shifts and one 7a-3p shift for 4 day work week= 37.5 hrs OR 7a-7:30p x three shifts... Block/special scheduling cannot be accommodated unless approved at time of booking; RTO Must be included with submission--- 13 week contract.. Primary Unit: CVOR--- Float: Main OR for primarily Ortho & General cases... On-Call Requirement: on-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8 hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 or 11-7 BLS Required--- 2.5+ Years of OR experience required--- Circulate required; Scrub is preferred--- Types of Cases/Experience Required: Valve replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, Dissection, transplant, VATs---Main OR: Strong experience in General and Ortho, Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, Heart transplant, Lung transplant, VATs, VADs Transplant experience (at least heart transplant), Standard Endovascular (TCAR, TEVAR, fistulogram)--- Must have, Endovascular, vascular experience (i.e. Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem,-Pop bypass)....
