Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual School Social Worker.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual counseling and support services to students dealing
with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address
student needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to
create a supportive educational environment
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Current Michigan licensure as a School Social Worker
Previous experience in a school setting or with children and
adolescents preferred
Proficiency with virtual communication tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
effectively
