Job Details Facility: Newark Beth Israel Medical Center Location: Newark, New Jersey Unit/Specialty: Medsurg/Tele Shift: 12-hour shifts Requirements Years of Acute Care Experience Required: 1.5+ BLS required First time travelers accepted Scrub color: Navy Blue Additional Information 7 days of RTO can be approved without holidays included. HOLIDAY POLICY: Hospital considers the day before and the day after as part of the holiday. Traveler required to work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) Auto Offer: 13 weeks, every other weekend Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 48 hours/week RTO MUST be included with submission Traveler will report to the Nursing Office for their unit assignment each shift Will float between MS/Tele units in a float pool, there are 8 MS/TELE units (Confirm floating with traveler) There may be additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs Patient Ratio: 1:7+ (Confirm with traveler) Block/special scheduling cannot be accommodated unless approved at time of booking Jobs fill quickly, so don't miss out on this amazing opportunity.
