This patient-focused, healthcare system is equipped with with the latest technology and is actively interviewing dynamic and passionate teaching physicians for these prestigious appointments. Direct teaching supervision of residents through precepting in the family practice or IM office, and rounding with residents Oversight of curriculum and required reading material for residents Advise, provide feedback, evaluate and counsel residents on a regular basis as program advisor Competitive pay, corporate style benefits and generous PTO. Qualifications include board certification in IM or FM and at least one year of experience as an educator You will be responsible for supervising, teaching and monitoring both Family Medicine component of the residency programs under the direction of the Family or Internal Medicine Program Director or their designee. Develop FM or IM curricula, and coordinate for residents/medical students adhering to the ACGME guidelines. Engage in clinical rounds on patients with the FM or IM residents when they are rotating through.
