Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Morristown Medical Center. The shift is 7 pm - 7 am. This is a 36 hour per week position.


Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critically ill newborns with a Family Centered Care philosophy.
• Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
• Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job. Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.

  Minimum Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent requiredEducation:
    • BSN PreferredLicense/Certifications:
      • Valid New Jersey Nursing License
      • BLS required
      • NRP required
      • RNC preferred
      • CCRC preferredRelevant Experience:
        • 1-2 years of relevant Neonatal experience
