Overview






Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant for Kahn 4 Unit at Morristown Medical Center to work 11am-7am including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

Essential Function/Responsibilities:

• Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care
• Assisting patients with daily activities
• Measuring and recording vital signs
• Administering basic treatments
• Helping to ensure a safe care environment
• Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met
• Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skills
  
  Qualifications
  
  Minimum Education:
  • High School or GED diploma required
  • BLS preferredMinimum Experience:
    • Previous experience in acute care, long-term, or rehab preferred
