Description:Performing Nursing assessments and triage of patient care needs for new and ongoing patients- all patients on clinical research studiesPre Screen candidates for study eligibility Consent patient into research study Communicate with PI for reasons why patients may be missing certain aspects of criteria prior to patient visit Ability to cope with interruptions, multiple tasks, and stress of dealing with multiple patientsClearly explain patient care plan with patient and/or family member accompanying patient on visitCentral Point of contact for all navigated patents; including interaction with medical , nursing, ancillary services and when appropriate the CRC.Skills:Research nurse, Navigator, oncology, pre screening patients, Clinical research, Pre-screening patients, Clinical trial, Patient chart, Patient recruitmentAdditional Skills & Qualifications:2 years of experience as an Oncology Nurse or prior experience as a Nurse NavigatorMust be an RN IN NJ About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
