The Relationship Manager is accountable for and oversees their progress throughout the process, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding and transition experience for the EFP and his/her clients. The Relationship Manager serves as a single point of contact for the EFP to Home Office support teams, is responsible for proactive contact with the EFP, and anticipates and solves challenges during the onboarding and transition process. The Relationship Manager partners very closely with Transition Specialists who oversee the transition of the EFP's clients to Pruco as the broker-dealer. This Manager must foster a strong partnership with both field management and Home Office team members that touch the EFP throughout the process. The Manager must thoroughly understand the recruiting, onboarding and transition processes, and both anticipate and resolve challenges the EFP may have because of his/her prior carrier or the nature of his/her business. The Manager must be highly organized, model a customer service focus, and display excellent problem-solving skills This is a newly created position that supports the business strategy of revenue growth through recruiting. Excellence in this role will improve the EFP hire experience and facilitate a successful transition to our financial professional role. Qualifications - Individual must have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience successfully facilitating and/or managing onboarding operations for experienced hires - Minimum of 2-4 years' experience transitioning advisor business to a new broker-dealer - Individual must be able to view the full spectrum of onboarding and transitioning activities and identify where to take the initiative to solve challenges and concerns. - Strong problem-solving ability to ensure successful and timely flow of EXP Hires through the transition and onboarding experience, including appropriate allocation of resources - Strong relationship builder with the ability to collaborate, work and influence peers within and across the organization. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to excellence. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including ability to interact confidently with both field and home office associates. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Demonstrated understanding of process and issues related to new advisor recruiting, transitioning, and onboarding. - Knowledge of financial professional products and business practices - Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database systems and applicant tracking systems Prudential is a multinational financial services leader with operations in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
