As a Vice President, Change Adoption, you will be supporting the global Lead of Change Adoption in developing and executing a Change Adoption Framework. The objective is to ensure that all employees are fully aware and prepared for changes that will impact them resulting from various initiatives driven by Global Supplier Services (GSS), Global Business Document Services (GBDS), Amenity Services (AS) functions. This position will report directly to the Global Head of PMO for GSS, GBDS and AS. The candidate will work closely with project managers, project sponsors and leads in GSS / GBDS / AS to fully understand planned changes to the processes, technologies, policies, operations, etc., and how this will impact employees throughout the firm ("customers"). The candidate will assess customers' readiness for change, define change plan and change communication needs, develop and deliver announcements and communications (e.g., announcements on intranet, emails, presentations, various other ways and formats), track change communications delivery and change adoption overall, be responsible for change communication and awareness success. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Communications and GSS Concierge teams to gain feedback from customers / users on top pain points and ensure these are identified, prioritized and included in the change management planning. He/She and will also be responsible for partnering with businesses and GSS Concierge to identify "Change Agents" who will be part of the project teams, with a role of supporting change management and promoting adoption to all users. Responsibilities * Support efforts to develop a PMO Change Management and Adoption framework and governance including change management process and tools * Partner with project managers, sponsors and stakeholder(s) and the Communications and GSS Concierge team to assess change management needs, change readiness and risks, and outline customer requirements, and solution options. Develop a change management plan for each project within the portfolio * Identify necessary communication needs, preferred approach and key indicators for each project or initiative as part of an overall change impact assessment * Develop and execute change management plan including communications, training and other change support methods * Prepare communication, training and other change management materials related to changes in people, process and technology across the PMO portfolio * Partner with internal project leads, sponsors and business owners to coordinate timing and delivery of communications and training * Support design, development, delivery and management of communications and all change management media for PMO * Develop and maintain a schedule of all change initiatives * Support development and readiness of Change Agents to promote consistency and timeliness of messaging * Track and report change management issues in partnership with project leads * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs, timeliness and key milestones * Utilize innovation, creative approaches and continuous improvement to drive communications, training change management and other technology related content to improve the absorption and adoption of key messages * Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication, training and other change management vehicles and user understanding * Maintain a solid working relationship with stakeholders, PMO team, Project managers and Sponsors to enhance customer satisfaction and work with GSS Concierge team and GSS Communications team at all levels Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree required * 4+ years relevant experience in Change Management, Organizational change management, communications, consulting, business analysis or process improvement. Change management certification or designation preferred * Experience and demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools; experience with customer journey mapping preferred * Exceptional written and verbal presentation/ communication skills. Able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences * Exceptional active listening skills * Technical content development experience * Experience providing change management solutions in support of large scale process and technology projects and/or other transformation initiatives * Ability to set priorities and multi-task between simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment * Excellent business and interpersonal skills * Comfortable presenting information to large groups of people, facilitating meetings and leading group discussions. * Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal * Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations * Forward looking with a holistic approach * Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics * Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization * Familiarity with project management lifecycle and approach, tools and phases of project lifecycle * Strong analytical / problem solving, organizational and process improvement skills * Proven critical thinking skills; ability to draw conclusions and speak to it clearly and concisely * Detail oriented and organized in thought and work * Ability to work independently and with a team to build productive relationships, including ability to interact with senior levels of management * Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize issues/workload * Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills * Highly motivated, results-oriented, client -focused * Ability to come up to speed quickly on new subject matter * Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives * Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint and SharePoint JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran.
