Director, Strategic Programs, is responsible for the project
leadership and strategic planning of engineering initiatives within
Reckitt's Nutrition business' manufacturing environment. This
includes spearheading the development of manufacturing technologies
or equipment, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing the
installation and initial operation phases to ensure they meet
project specifications and enhance production capabilities.
Reporting to the SVP Supply for Nutrition, the successful candidate
will lead large scale capital projects and manage capital budgets
at the range of $1bn+ and above, bringing strategic vision into the
Nutrition organisation, helping the business to upskill
capabilities and execute with excellence. The role will drive
innovation across Reckitt sites and ensure that new projects are
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards for Reckitt's Nutrition BU.Your responsibilities
- Uphold the highest levels of site safety, aligning with legal
standards and mitigating risks proactively.
- Champion product quality, ensuring compliance with Good
Manufacturing Practices and our quality management system.
- Drive manufacturing excellence, delivering on customer service,
launching projects on schedule and within budget, and meeting
financial objectives.
- Formulate and execute the site's master plan, managing
operational and capital budgets resourcefully.
- Continuously enhance manufacturing performance, reviewing
functional KPIs to inform decisive leadership.
- Foster organisational engagement and workforce development,
aligning with Reckitt's people-focused ambitions.The experience
